In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer any credit terms or discounts for volume. We ask for payment by cheque or cash on delivery. Cheques should be made payable to “Organic 2000 Limited”.
We strive to ensure that only the highest quality produce is sent out to customers. However, we are all human and the occasional product slips through the net in less-than-perfect condition. If this does happen, please do let us know as soon as you can so that we can investigate the problem. Please tell us the both the nature and the extent of the problem. If you can also send us a photo of the problem, this will help us enormously. In any event, if you need to make a claim, then please do so by 2pm on the day after taking delivery
Out of Stocks / Substitutions
To a large extent, we are at the whim of Mother Nature: unexpected or extreme weather can affect supply dramatically and we ask for your understanding in the matter. When we know in advance that an item you have ordered is going to be unavailable, we will always try to let you know and offer an alternative. On occasion we may substitute a similar item to the one you have ordered. If you have specific requirements eg no Israeli produce or only UK produce then please let us know.
